- Kristin is the founder of Uncle Envelope. She makes monsters, loves monkeys because they remind her of her little brother, and has a voice that is hard to forget. She is often found wearing pajamas in Brooklyn.


- Sarah is an illustrator and comics artist who lives in Chicago. She founded Shortpants Press, a small press dedicated to making unique, interesting, and really cool minicomics, zines, prints, and art books... all written and designed by talented people in the Midwest.


- Joshua Ray Stephens was raised by fluffy gray kittens; it was a shock when he learned that this was an abnormal family environment. He resides in an old warehouse in the Bloody Hook underneath the Spotted R, spending his time concocting sacred and magic icons.


- Sara Varon is a comic artist, illustrator, and printmaker who lives in Brooklyn. Much like Gonzo the Great, Sara loves chickens. Not surprisingly, you'll find her website at www.chickenopolis.com.


- From an early age, Neil loved to draw, to write, and to receive letters. In fact his favorite activities as a kid growing up in Rochester (bicycle riding, playground games, and singing songs) are still his favorite activities. Now he also makes comics and eats lots of vegetables in Chicago.


- After years of careful study, scientists have found that Eleanor White is not an artist at all. Rather, she is a type of mammal. Her kind may be found throughout St. Louis.


- Currently a fellow at the Center for Cartoon Studies in Vermont, Alec has been self-publishing his minicomic PHASE 7 since 2002. He works as a teacher, a freelance illustrator, and a gag cartoonist. Find out more at alec-longstreth.com


- Peter is a lot like you. He lives at home with his parents. He believes in things that don't exist. Mostly he is just trying to pass English.


- Matt is an illustrator who enjoys eating. He lives and works in New York City at the moment, but his goal is to find a castle to inhabit. Most of all, he loves elephants and Labrador retrievers.

- Sara Antoinette Martin makes toys, comics, and illustrations. She has been in a variety of publications including Kidrobot's "I Am Plastic", and continues to show in galleries all over the country. She lives in Brooklyn, NY and never keep her skeletons in her closet.

- Patience Wyman is an artist living and working in Winchester, Virginia.
She spends her days helping others explore art, and her nights creating imaginary places and filling them with magical populations. The most notable, of recent, being Kid Fire Nation (coming soon to an internet near you).
